Meet the chef behind An Indian Affair restaurant! Trained from Maurya Sheraton Indian 5-star hotel, and having worked as an expert chef in the finest restaurants around the United States and Canada, Gary loves nothing more than to cook delectable food and watch his patrons enjoy. With over 30 years of experience, Gary has redefined Indian cuisine. It is Garyโs vision to serve authentic Indian food with a modern, healthy twist and to take you through a journey of tantalizing flavors and spices of India.

What we serve?
We serve best Indian buffet in town. It is fresh and with lots of variety. Guest favorite Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken and various vegetarian and non vegetarian items are served on daily lunch buffet. Naans are served fresh on the table and Indian Chai Tea is complementary. Buffet is not heavily spiced but our in house hot sauce is also available.
